Hosts Global has named Marti Winer chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1, 2026. Winer is currently senior vice president and regional manager of Hosts West.
The planned leadership transition will prioritize client experience, creative partnerships, and development and opportunity for team members.
Winer joined Hosts in 2025. Her executive experience includes destination management, hospitality, experiential marketing and live events. Before joining Hosts, she led the reopening of Casa Bonita in Colorado.
Winer previously served as vice president of event productions for MGM Resorts International, where she oversaw more than 2,200 events annually. She also held earlier leadership positions with Wyndham Worldwide, including work in operations, finance and client service.
Hosts operates across North America and through a global alliance spanning more than 450 destinations worldwide, serving meetings, events and incentives.
