Christopher Nez has been appointed food and beverage director at Lotte New York Palace, where he will oversee the hotel’s culinary program and dining operations.
Nez will oversee operations at Villard Restaurant, the Gold Room, Rarities and Pomme Palais, as well as in-room and private dining.
He has more than 20 years of food-and-beverage management experience. His previous roles include positions at Park Central, The Plaza Hotel, TWA Hotel, JW Marriott Essex House and Gordon Ramsay at The London.
Nez was named Leader of the Year in 2018 during his tenure at The Plaza Hotel.
