Hilton has signed an agreement for the development of Hilton Adelaide East End, a new-build, 27-story hotel planned for 299 Pirie Street in Adelaide’s central business district. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2031 and will mark Hilton’s re-entry into the South Australian market.
The property will feature 251 guest rooms ranging from 31 to 140 square meters, a recreation deck, multiple food-and-beverage venues, 303 square meters of meeting space, a fitness center, and a pool. The development is part of Arcadia, a mixed-use project intended to revitalize the eastern end of Adelaide’s CBD.
Hilton Adelaide East End will be developed under a franchise agreement with Auriga Investments and operated by Trilogy Hotels. The location is just over one kilometer from Rundle Mall and the East End, with tram access 700 meters from the site.
The hotel is a purpose-built development with contemporary architecture and a focus on sustainability and operational efficiency.
