IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with NCPL for the development of Holiday Inn Goa Kadamba, a 100-key hotel scheduled to open in Q1 2030 in Kadamba, Panaji. The hotel will expand IHG’s portfolio in India.

The property will be located near several landmarks in Panaji, including the Fontainhas Latin Quarter, Mandovi River Promenade, and Dona Paula, and will be near the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Churches and Convents of Goa.

Holiday Inn Goa Kadamba will offer five food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, a lobby lounge, and a pool bar. The hotel will feature three meeting and event spaces, including a ballroom, as well as a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and parking facilities.

Goa is a prominent tourist destination in India, supported by infrastructure including two operational airports. The state attracts domestic and international visitors, with demand driven by its beaches, heritage areas, and lifestyle offerings.

IHG currently operates 51 hotels across six brands in India, including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels, Holiday Inn Resort, and Holiday Inn Express, and has a pipeline of 89 hotels expected to open in the next three to five years.
