IHCL has signed an agreement for a greenfield Gateway hotel project in Sector 83, Gurugram, in partnership with Mr. Vijay Gupta and Mr. Amit Gupta. The hotel will have 220 keys.
The property will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant. Additional amenities include a gym and a swimming pool. The hotel will offer a 7,000-square-foot banquet hall for corporate gatherings and social events.
The hotel is located in an emerging area of New Gurugram and is intended to address demand for full-service branded hospitality offerings in the region.
With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Haryana will comprise 15 hotels, including 6 under development.
