Indian Hotels Company has signed a Ginger hotel in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The project will be a brownfield development.
The 111-key hotel will operate under the Ginger brand. It will include Qmin, Ginger’s all-day dining restaurant, meeting facilities and a fitness center for business and leisure travelers.
IHCL is partnering with ECHT Ventures on the project.
Nava Raipur is the administrative capital of Chhattisgarh and one of India’s smart city developments, with planned urban development and investment across sectors.
With the addition of the hotel, IHCL will have four hotels in Chhattisgarh, including three under development.
