IHCL to Convert Standalone Resort into SeleQtions Property in Bengaluru

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has signed an agreement for a SeleQtions hotel in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, involving the conversion of a standalone resort and expansion of inventory to 120 keys. The property will be the first SeleQtions hotel in Bengaluru.

The SeleQtions Prakruthi Resort, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, will feature an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and a lounge. Wellness and recreational facilities will include a spa, gym, and swimming pool.

Banqueting facilities will span over 6,000 square feet and will be supported by meeting rooms for social and corporate events.

The project is being developed in partnership with BABA Developers Private Limited. No timeline for the opening or completion of the conversion and expansion was provided.
