Kimpton Tres Ríos has debuted as an all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, within a privately owned 326-acre nature park.

Kimpton Tres Ríos is set among freshwater rivers, cenotes and the Caribbean shoreline. The resort is named for three freshwater rivers that run through the grounds to the sea.

Guests can swim and kayak in a cenote-fed river and take guided tours of six of the property’s 10 cenotes, including one designated for swimming and snorkeling. Guided nature walks cover a park with 120 plant species and 90 animal species, including spider monkeys, coatimundis, iguanas and birds.

The resort includes 355 rooms and suites. Accommodations include mangrove-view rooms; one-, two- and three-bedroom suites; and a Presidential Suite. Each accommodation has a private balcony or terrace. Connecting-room options are available for families and multigenerational groups.

Dining and beverage offerings include seven restaurants and five bars. Venues include Italian-inspired Bacetto, Japanese restaurant Kotori, steakhouse El Carnal and open-air De La Calle, which is inspired by Mexico’s street food culture. Café Casa serves coffee, pastries and juices. La Campana is a sports bar with beers, and 24-hour Suite Service is also available.

The property has four outdoor pools, whirlpools, cabanas and nonmotorized water sports. Programming includes sunrise beach yoga, guided stargazing and moonlit sound baths. A water park includes slides and lifeguard service. Club Aventuras provides supervised activities for children ages 4 to 12.

The 10,000-square-foot Kej Spa offers hydrotherapy, massage and beauty treatments, as well as Mayan-inspired rituals including a temazcal experience and the Cenote Sacred Treatment. A two-story fitness center includes cardio, weight training, cycling, yoga and meditation spaces.

The Tres Ríos Ballroom can host weddings, meetings and group events for up to 500 guests and includes audiovisual capabilities. Beaches, gardens, terraces and esplanades are available for ceremonies and receptions. On-property event coordinators provide planning support, customizable menus and group room blocks.

In 2027, the resort plans to introduce a dedicated adults-only experience with rooms and suites featuring swim-up access and private plunge pools.
