Netflix is serving up a massive ace for sports fans this year. Today, the streamer announced an electrifying new lineup of tennis premieres coming in 2026, headlined by a highly anticipated four-part documentary series chronicling the legendary Rafael Nadal.

Following its continued push into sports documentaries and live events, Netflix’s “Game, Set, Stream” 2026 slate promises unprecedented access, fierce rivalries, and powerful storytelling both on and off the court. Sadly, if you’re looking for the return of the series Break Point, you’ll come up short with the series having been canceled following its second season.

Here is your complete first look at the upcoming tennis titles hitting Netflix over the coming months, with a special spotlight on the King of Clay.

RAFA (4-Part Docuseries)

Coming to Netflix: May 29th, 2026

The crown jewel of Netflix’s newly announced slate is RAFA, an intimate, four-part documentary series charting the twilight of Rafael Nadal’s stunning career.

Facing the end of his time at tennis’ Mount Olympus, Nadal’s final foe isn’t another player across the net, but his own body. Created with massive cinematic ambition, the docuseries follows Nadal through his grueling final year on the ATP tour in 2024, driven by a singular goal: one last triumph.

For the first and last time, Nadal shares the intimate highs and lows of his long goodbye, with the crew granted exclusive access to the champion, his family, and his inner circle. The series goes beyond the farewell, featuring never-before-seen archival footage spanning from his early beginnings at just three years old to his highly emotional return to competition in 2024. And you can’t tell the story of Nadal without his greatest rivals — the series features sit-down interviews with tennis titans Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, and John McEnroe, offering a comprehensive look at his legacy and impact on the sport.

Behind the camera is Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning director Zach Heinzerling (Stolen Youth, McCartney 3,2,1). The project is produced by Skydance Sports—the powerhouse production company behind acclaimed sports narratives like Amazon’s Air and Netflix’s America’s Team: The Gambler and His Cowboys—with David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold, Jason Reed, and Jon Weinbach serving as producers.

Add Rafa to your Netflix queue here.

Chris & Martina: The Final Set (Documentary Film)

Coming to Netflix: June 29th, 2026

Just a month after RAFA, Netflix will release a poignant documentary film exploring arguably the greatest rivalry in women’s sports history.

For nearly two decades, Martina Navratilova and Chris Evert completely defined women’s tennis. Their rivalry was famous for its contrasting styles, personalities, and philosophies, pushing both women to historic heights while captivating a global audience.

The Final Set picks up years after their final match, exploring a devastating challenge neither could outplay on the court: being diagnosed with cancer at the exact same time. Directed by Rebecca Gitlitz, the film uses archival footage, intimate interviews, and behind-the-scenes access during their treatments and recovery. It is a powerful look at elite competitors confronting mortality, identity, and resilience, revealing how their fierce rivalry ultimately evolved into a deep, unbreakable bond.

Six Kings Slam (Netflix Live Event)

Coming to Netflix: October 2026

Rounding out the 2026 slate, Netflix is heading back to the court for live sports broadcasting.

Following up on Jannik Sinner’s victory in the 2025 edition, Netflix will once again be broadcasting the 2026 Six Kings Slam live from the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The high-stakes exhibition event traditionally brings together six of the greatest champions currently playing on the ATP circuit for a massive showdown, continuing Netflix’s successful foray into live, global sporting events.
