Noble Investment Group has appointed Nehali Patel as director of asset management, with responsibility for performance across its portfolio of more than 200 hotels.
Patel will work with the firm’s operating teams across its multi-brand portfolio, with responsibility for revenue growth, operating efficiency and asset-level performance.
She joins Noble from TPG Hotels and Resorts, where she oversaw performance for a national hotel portfolio. Patel has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality operations and portfolio strategy.
Earlier in her career, Patel held leadership roles at PeachState Hospitality and Marriott International.
