Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is scheduled to begin welcoming guests in Spring 2027 in a 30-story tower on Campos Elíseos in Polanco.

The hotel will have 155 guestrooms and 38 suites, including a Two Bedroom Presidential Suite. It will include more than 8,500 square feet of meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom and an open-air terrace for receptions. The spaces are intended for corporate events, social celebrations, weddings and community events.

Amenities will include a rooftop pool and Tezca Spa, offering treatments based on pre-Hispanic wisdom and Mexican tradition.

The property will overlook Chapultepec Park and be located near the National Auditorium. Chapultepec Park includes trails, museums and gardens. The hotel will also be within walking distance of the National Museum of Anthropology, Museo Tamayo, Museo Soumaya and Avenida Presidente Masaryk.

Sordo Madaleno by SOMA designed the 30-story tower, which will include both the hotel and Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco Residences. The private residences will begin on the 19th floor and comprise 27 units across six residential typologies.

The hotel will display contemporary Mexican art curated by Arte Abierto, a nonprofit organization founded by SOMA. The collection will include works by Mexican artists Damián Ortega and Michelle Aubert, among others.

The hotel will have four indoor and outdoor dining venues, including a specialty restaurant, an all-day dining venue, a modern Mexican concept and cocktail bars serving spirits and agave-based drinks. Menus will feature regional Mexican flavors.

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco will join Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol and the upcoming Park Hyatt Riviera Maya as Park Hyatt properties in Mexico.
