For those wanting to make the most of their layover limbo, the Skytrax World Airport Awards might just be what you need. The World’s Best Airport Dining showcases the hubs with best selection, quality, and value for money cafes bars and restaurants, and the World’s Best Airport Shopping includes places with a top selection of – you guessed it – shops (including tax-free and other outlets).
This year’s ceremony saw 13-time award winner Singapore Changi Airport dominate the ranking. The airport was named the World’s Best Airport overall as well as first for Airport Dining Experience.
London Heathrow, however, came out on top for the Airport Shopping Experience Award, but with labels like Cartier, Harrods and Prada all under one roof, it’s a no-brainer. Check out the rest of the list below.
