Trade visitors can secure their tickets to ITB Berlin 2027 now, earlier than ever before. From 16 to 18 March the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show will be gathering the global travel industry in Berlin. New in the ticket range: the ITB Orange Pass, limited to 300 tickets, is the premium pass for those who want to make the most of their visit to ITB Berlin, with exclusive benefits in terms of comfort, networking and the experiences it offers. Early Bird tickets are available until 14 January 2027.

ITB Berlin, the leading B2B event for the international travel industry, brings together the global tourism industry’s key players and creates the ideal conditions for successful business, personal dialogue and fresh inspiration. Taking as its slogan ’Travel & Tourism in Motion’, the 2027 focus will be on the industry’s dynamism and the latest developments and trends shaping tomorrow’s tourism.

Tickets to ITB Berlin 2027 and the new ITB Orange Pass are on sale now from the official ITB Berlin Ticket Shop. Early Bird Tickets are available until 14 January 2027.

  • Unlimited pass for trade visitors: €75 Early Bird / €85 regular
  • Day ticket for trade visitors: €52 Early Bird / € 59 regular
  • Unlimited pass for students: €46 Early Bird / € 50 regular
  • Day ticket for students: €35 Early Bird / €37 regular
  • NEW: Orange Pass: €299 Early Bird / €399 regular

Association partnerships offering discounted ticket rates are also available once again. Members of participating associations can benefit from special ticket prices. ITB Berlin is currently finalising arrangements with further partners and will officially announce the relevant partnerships shortly.

“We want to provide trade visitors with the right conditions so they can make the most of ITB Berlin for their business aims. The new ITB Orange Pass expands the existing ticket range to include services that offer greater efficiency and convenience while creating additional opportunities for networking and face-to-face meetings,” said Deborah Perlitz (formerly Rothe), Director of ITB Berlin.

A trade visitor ticket grants admission to ITB Berlin and the acclaimed ITB Berlin Convention. It includes numerous extras such as guided tours on the latest industry topics and access to a wide range of networking events.

Another key element when visiting the show is the ITB Navigator. Access to the digital platform is already included in a trade visitor ticket, and is unlimited and free of charge. Even before the show begins visitors can use it to target contacts, make appointments and plan personal visits during the event. The ticket therefore not only facilitates trade show access but also creates direct opportunities for business, knowledge transfer and networking.

New: The ITB Orange Pass – convenience, business and experiences on a new level

With the ITB Orange Pass, ITB Berlin is expanding its 2027 ticket range for the first time to include an exclusive premium service. The Orange Pass has all the benefits of the regular trade visitor ticket, while taking convenience, hospitality, networking and experiences to a new level.

Benefits for ITB Orange Pass holders include the following:

  • Get a head start: early access from 9 a.m. at all entrances and fast track entry via the north and south entrances
  • Work in comfort: access to the exclusive ITB Orange Pass Lounge in Hall 7.2b with a personalised information service at the ITB Orange Pass Counter
  • Targeted networking: a free meeting slot at a Business Satellite and access to selected networking events
  • Exclusive access to content: reserved seating at the ITB Berlin Convention
  • Enjoy special comforts: free use of the cloakroom for one item of clothing and one piece of luggage per day, plus a daily refreshment voucher for coffee, snacks and soft drinks
  • Take advantage of additional highlights: access to the viewing platform of the Berlin Radio Tower and an ITB Orange Pass goodie bag
  • Discover Berlin: 4-day Berlin WelcomeCard in partnership with visitBerlin, including a public transport ticket for fare zones ABC, as well as more than 170 discounts and benefits at Berlin’s attractions, museums, shops and restaurants

Thus the ITB Orange Pass combines services that help visitors to organise their time at the show efficiently, make targeted business contacts and let them enjoy special moments at ITB Berlin. With the Berlin WelcomeCard from visitBerlin, cardholders can enjoy great benefits even outside the exhibition grounds and explore the capital in comfort. This makes the ITB Orange Pass an all-round package for business, networking and your stay in Berlin. Additional individual services and exclusive networking opportunities are available on a limited basis only. Early booking is recommended.

Online press accreditation for media representatives and content creators is available from early December 2026.
