How to change radio station in Forza Horizon 6
Firstly, all you need to do to change the radio station you’re listening to while driving is press right on the D-pad if you’re on controller, or the = symbol on keyboard. If you head into the settings, you can remap your controls to set a button for the previous station on the radio too, so if you miss the station you want, you don’t need to scroll all the way back through to find it again.

Horizon Pulse
Horizon Pulse is one of only two radio stations that have appeared in every game in the series, and since Forza Horizon 2, it’s been hosted by Amy Simpson, played by actress Susannah Fielding (Death on the Nile, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Final Fantasy 16). It plays pop and electronic music, with songs from big names including Barry Can’t Swim, Empire of the Sun, and Tame Impala.

Horizon Bass Arena
Horizon Bass Arena is all about dance music, and it’s the only other station to appear in every Horizon game. It’s hosted by Scott Tyler, aka Ronan Summers, an actor who has appeared in numerous video games including Resident Evil Requiem, Payday 3, and Dead Island 2. Hospital Records
The Hospital Records station is all about drum and bass, hosted by Chris Goss, a record producer and lead singer of band Masters of Reality. He’s joined by Dynamite MC, a rapper who has collaborated with artists such as High Contrast, DJ Zinc, and Netsky. Artists featured on this station include Fred V, Nu:Logic, and Urbandawn.
The Hospital Records radio station doesn’t currently have an official Spotify playlist as some songs are not available for streaming. However, there have been reports that the playlist will be released on July 24, so you’ll need to listen in-game for the time being.
