This Ontario farmers’ market is getting a festive makeover for the holidays

30 October 20262 Mins Read

Feeling the holiday spirit? From local bars transforming into festive hubs to European-inspired Christmas markets popping up across the city, there’s no shortage of ways to celebrate the season. And our local farmers’ markets are getting in on the fun, too!

The Uxbridge Farmers’ Market is bringing back its annual holiday market next month, offering another festive experience to add to your calendar.

Starting Nov. 1 and on select Sundays into December, the annual holiday market will bring some warmth to the season. Held at the Uxbridge Arena, the holiday market will showcase a variety of local farmers, makers and bakers.

The first three markets will include both indoor and outdoor vendors — a total of 40 to 45 businesses.

As for the final three markets of the season, these will be indoor-only, with 30 to 35 vendors. The list of participants can be found online.

Nonetheless, there will be lots to enjoy, and who knows? Maybe you’ll find the perfect Christmas gifts here.

The Uxbridge Farmers’ Market is located at 291 Brock St. W.

When: Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22 and Dec. 6 and 13, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Uxbridge Arena, at 291 Brock St.
Cost: Free
