It’s easy to tell yourself you’ll organize the garage next weekend (again), but that pile of random items isn’t going anywhere on its own. If you’re tired of moving boxes around just to find what you need, Wayfair has the Sterilite Adjustable 4-Shelf Storage Cabinet on sale for $130, down from $940 (a whopping 86% off). The gray cabinet offers a convenient place to store everything that might be taking over your space, without requiring permanent shelving.
The cabinet measures 69 inches tall, 26 inches wide, and 19 inches deep, with four adjustable shelves that each hold up to 40 pounds. It’s made of heavy-duty plastic, has two doors, and can accommodate a standard padlock. You can also adjust the shelf heights to fit taller containers or supplies, so you don’t have to work around fixed shelves.

Its narrow design makes it a great option for garages where you’re already trying to fit a car, lawn equipment, and everything else you can’t store indoors. It’s also super helpful that it has doors instead of an open-shelf design, since you can put away mismatched containers and loose supplies without worrying about how everything looks on the shelves.
One reviewer said the cabinet is “great for a narrow space,” while another described it as “ easy to assemble” and “very sturdy,” noting it can “hold a large amount of items” and is “very easy to clean.” A third shopper called it “perfect for extra storage” and praised its “heavy-duty” build.

The garage isn’t the only place this cabinet could come in handy. If your laundry room is short on storage, use it to keep extra detergent and household supplies off the countertops. It could also work in a basement where you need somewhere to put seasonal decorations without leaving everything piled in a corner. Since it’s freestanding, you can change its location later without having to remove shelves from the wall.
