Hilton has signed three properties in Thailand and the Maldives, including a Curio Collection by Hilton resort in Phuket and Tapestry Collection by Hilton properties in Chiang Mai and the Maldives.
Andamanda Voyage, Curio Collection by Hilton, is scheduled to debut at the end of 2026 in Kathu District, Phuket. The 246-key resort will be located within the Andamanda Waterpark complex and will mark the Curio Collection by Hilton brand’s debut in Phuket.
The resort will provide direct access to Andamanda’s retail and dining village and will be near Central Phuket shopping complexes, Phuket Old Town, Patong, Karon, Phuket Fantasea and Carnival Magic.
The Phuket signing follows the opening of Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton. Canopy Bangkok Sukhumvit and Nivata Koh Samui, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, are set to debut this year. The Rawai Phuket is set to open in 2027 as Hilton’s first LXR Hotels & Resorts-branded resort on the southern tip of Phuket.
In Chiang Mai, Hilton signed a 65-room Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in the city’s Old Town. The hotel will be located in a heritage building reflecting Northern Thai architecture. The Old Town is a UNESCO-recognized area encircled by ancient moats and containing more than 300 temples.
The Chiang Mai property will be near cultural landmarks, historic temples, weekend walking streets and local markets. It will be the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in Chiang Mai.
Coco de Mer Maldives, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is scheduled to open in June 2027. The 75-key resort will be the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton property in the Maldives.
The Maldives resort will be located 25 minutes by speedboat from Malé and will be accessible from Velana International Airport. Planned facilities include dining venues, a wellness center, a sea sports center and pickleball courts.
The three signings support Hilton’s plan to surpass 250 luxury and lifestyle properties across Asia Pacific. The company also plans to more than double its luxury and lifestyle portfolio in South East Asia.
