LivSmart Studios Opens Pensacola Property

LivSmart Studios by Hilton Pensacola I-10 North Davis Highway is owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality. Designed for guests staying 10 nights or longer, the hotel is the second LivSmart Studios property to open by 3H Group and is managed by LBA Hospitality.

The hotel’s apartment-style studios include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetops and microwaves. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi and parking, a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, electric vehicle charging and pet-friendly accommodations.

The property is near Interstate 10 and Interstate 110, Pensacola International Airport, the University of West Florida, Naval Air Station Pensacola, healthcare providers, downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach.

The Pensacola hotel follows the opening of LivSmart Studios Tullahoma in 2025, the brand’s first hotel. 3H Group and LBA Hospitality are also preparing to open a LivSmart Studios property in Huntsville, Alabama, later this year. Additional locations are slated to open this year and beyond.

Cody Beck is the hotel’s general manager. Shayla Fisher is dual sales manager supporting sales efforts in the Pensacola and Mobile markets.

LivSmart Studios guest studio suites include a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and two-burner cooktop, along with storage options. The brand’s properties include a public area with a retail market, guest laundry room and fitness center, as well as an outdoor gathering area with a fire pit, grills and seating.

The Pensacola property is part of Hilton Honors. Members booking through Hilton channels have access to Points and money payment options, member discounts, standard Wi-Fi, digital check-in, room selection and Digital Key through the Hilton Honors mobile app.
