LXR Hotels & Resorts Opens The Den Bengaluru in India

The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts has opened in Whitefield as LXR Hotels & Resorts’ first property in India.

Dan Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. owns the 226-room hotel, and Hilton manages it. It includes guest rooms, studios and suites designed for business travel, leisure stays and extended visits.

Located in Whitefield, Bengaluru, the hotel’s accommodations include technology, a sleep well kit and a pillow menu as part of The Pause Program. The program also includes a calming arrival experience and food options at The Creek.

The hotel has five dining and social venues: Layla, a rooftop restaurant serving Indian and Mediterranean cuisine; The Creek, an all-day dining venue; The Nest, a social space for cocktails and programming; The Deli, serving specialty coffee and pastries; and The Cold Press, a wellness counter with cold-pressed juices, smoothies and refreshments.

Wellness facilities include The Sanctuary spa, The Studio fitness center and an outdoor pool. The Sanctuary offers treatments based on contemporary wellness practices and traditional healing philosophies.

Recreational areas include The Playhouse, which has digital tabletop games and a pool table, and The Cave, an immersive screening space for corporate and social gatherings.

The hotel has more than 21,000 square feet of event space across seven venues, including a ballroom, auditorium, meeting rooms and an open-air amphitheater for meetings, weddings and celebrations.

The property has introduced Whitefield Unscripted, a program focused on experiences in the surrounding neighborhood. The program includes the Whitefield Verandah Trail, which explores heritage bungalows and local institutions, and Whitefield’s Farm Story, where guests harvest produce at a local farm before the hotel’s culinary team prepares a meal.
