Constellation Hotels Holding Limited has appointed Neil Jacobs as chief executive officer of a new hotel management business that will create a global brand for its hotel, resort and residence portfolio.

Constellation Hotels’ new operating company will oversee operations across its properties and assume management of the London portfolio after current management arrangements conclude.

The portfolio includes The Connaught, The Emory and The Berkeley in London; the forthcoming Saint-Germain hotel in Paris; a development in Marrakech; and Hackwood Park, an English country estate.

The hotels will retain their existing names and individual identities within the collection, which is scheduled to be unveiled later this year.

Jacobs will lead the creation of the hotel management business and work with Gianluca Muzzi, CEO of Constellation Hotels.

Jacobs previously served as chief executive officer of Six Senses and is the founder of Wild Origins, a creative advisory collective.

Constellation Hotels will remain the owner of the properties and retain responsibility for investment and portfolio strategy.
