Radisson Hotel Group has entered into an agreement with developer Groß & Partner to operate a Radisson Collection Hotel within the T2 tower of the FOUR Frankfurt development. The hotel is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027 and will feature 189 rooms and suites. This property will be the second Radisson Collection hotel in Germany, following the brand’s initial location in Berlin.
The hotel will occupy floors 11 to 19 of the 173-meter T2 tower in FOUR Frankfurt, an urban mixed-use development in a central area of the city. The rooms and suites will have floor-to-ceiling glazing with views of the Frankfurt skyline. The hotel will include a ground-floor lobby with lounge and bar, a first-floor restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats, and a fitness area.
FOUR Frankfurt comprises four towers and integrates offices, residences, retail, dining, and hospitality. The development is situated between Frankfurt’s banking district and luxury retail core, with proximity to cultural landmarks and public transport. FOUR Frankfurt received DGNB Platinum precertification and is a pilot project under the DGNB “Vertical Cities” framework. The project incorporates geothermal energy systems, smart digital monitoring, biodiversity initiatives, and more than 2,300 bicycle parking spaces.
Radisson Collection Hotel, Frankfurt will add an international hospitality component to the development. The design concept, named “Urban Layers,” was developed by Radisson Hotel Group’s in-house design and architecture team in Madrid and is intended to reflect Frankfurt’s cityscape, financial center, cultural life, and skyline through its use of materials and lighting.
Radisson Collection’s portfolio includes properties in Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome, and Brussels. Since its launch in 2018, the brand has expanded to nearly 70 hotels worldwide.
