In Brief: Rosewood Hotel Group has appointed Kenny Toy as senior vice president, commercial, global, based at its corporate office in Hong Kong.

Toy will report to Chief Operating Officer Anthony Ingham and lead the group’s global commercial strategy across sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management, partnerships and e-commerce.
His responsibilities include leading global teams to support revenue growth, market share and customer satisfaction targets across channels, as well as cross-functional collaboration among commercial functions.
Toy has more than two decades of experience in commercial, marketing and digital transformation strategy, including work with global consulting and marketing organizations. He has worked on data-driven marketing and e-commerce programs involving CRM, digital platforms and customer insight.
Before joining Rosewood Hotel Group, Toy was managing director of Accenture Song in Hong Kong SAR and digital strategy lead for China. In those roles, he led business growth and client transformation initiatives across the region for multiple industries.
The appointment is part of Rosewood Hotel Group’s investment in commercial capabilities as it expands its portfolio.
