The best Han 86 build in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is likely to be something most players search for at one point or another, because it’s the very first assault rifle you unlock in multiplayer. Not only that, but since the gun can be found on practically every single basic soldier in DMZ, it’s incredibly easy to level it up and acquire most of the attachments.
If you need help kitting it out, here’s the best Han 86 build, loadout, and class in Modern Warfare 4 to use in multiplayer.
Best Han 86 build in Modern Warfare 4
Here’s the best Han 86 build in Modern Warfare 4:
- Barrel: Hanbit RK8 406mm
- Laser: XRK Clutch-LS
- Underbarrel: FSS Fireline Grip
- Optic: VLK Trimmer
- Stock: Meiko L9P-Fold
Build code: A03-IEFAC-4WIF1-1
Where the M4 is slightly more versatile and can compete at pretty much any range with the right attachments, the Han 86 is a little more one-dimensional, and is better suited to just short-midrange engagements. Luckily, on your average 6v6 map in Modern Warfare 4, you’re rarely going to encounter enemies further away than that anyway.
So our goal with the best Han 86 build is to mostly improve its accuracy, while not hindering its mobility and handling too much. The Hanbit RK8 406mm heavy barrel buffs the recoil control, muzzle velocity, and gun kick, with only minor penalties to the ADS and movement speed. Meanwhile, the FSS Fireline Grip also improves the ADS recoil control.
The XRK Clutch-LS laser does a lot to improve the ADS speed since it has no drawbacks, while the Meiko L9P-Fold stock significantly improves your movement speed. If mobility isn’t as important to you, swap this for the XRK Justice II Grip in the rear grip slot, which will buff the ADS speed even further. Finally, my optic of choice is the VLK Trimmer because it’s a snappy, non-obtrusive reflex sight, and the Han 86 by default has some pretty restrictive iron sights. If you’re happy to work with them though, consider swapping it for the aforementioned rear grip attachment or a larger magazine.
Best Han 86 class in Modern Warfare 4
Here’s the best class to use with the Han 86 in Modern Warfare 4:
- Secondary: Sang 9mm
- Melee: FSS Carbon Edge 1095
- Tactical: Snapshot Grenade
- Lethal: Semtex
- Field Upgrade: Seeker Drone
- Perks: Ghost, Ninja, Cold-Blooded
The Sang 9mm is the best pistol for this class because it has the fastest fire rate. The tactical and lethal grenade choices are largely up to your personal preference, but since you’ll be quite mobile with this class, the Snapshot Grenade is useful for tracking enemies, as is the Seeker Drone. Meanwhile, the Semtex is a reliable lethal, but could be swapped for a Frag or Thermite.
As for the perks, the three choices here are three of the most versatile and strongest in the game, because they all focus on keeping you undetected. Modern Warfare 4 has so many ways of letting players find you before they see you: UAVs, Advanced UAVs, Seeker Drones, Snapshot Grenades, Spotter Scopes, High Alert, Portable Radars, Heartbeat Sensors… the list goes on. Therefore, equip these three perks to stay hidden, because together, they protect you from pretty much everything, including Ninja, which mutes your footsteps.
