UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle, or UMHL, will open and operate UMusic Hotel Denmark Street under its partnership with Outernet London. The hotel is scheduled to open in Q4 2026 and will be located on London’s Denmark Street alongside Outernet’s live music venues, artist-led programming, nightlife, retail and entertainment offerings.

The opening will be UMusic Hotel’s first property in the United Kingdom and its second in Europe, following the opening of UMusic Hotel Madrid in 2022. The hotel will provide guests access to music and cultural programming across the Denmark Street and Outernet district.

The partnership also covers music-focused experiences across the district. UMHL will lead development of food and beverage concepts and lounge spaces, as well as The Lower Third, Outernet’s grassroots live music venue on Denmark Street.

UMHL will lead programming and operations at The Lower Third in coordination with Universal Music Group’s global network of artists, labels and creative partners. The company will also work on artist-led programming and cultural moments for Outernet’s digital platforms.

The partnership encompasses Outernet’s live performance, nightlife, hospitality and immersive entertainment spaces. Outernet receives more than 120 million visitors annually.

Denmark Street has been associated with British artists and musicians, recording studios, music shops and live venues. The street was previously known as London’s “Tin Pan Alley.”

The collaboration extends beyond Denmark Street to the wider Outernet district and its screens, including the Now Building and Now Trending buildings.
