Colliers has appointed Zabada Abouelhana as associate managing director in its Valuation & Advisory Services business, where she will lead the Valuation Hospitality Practice Group across Arizona and the Mountain States.
Her responsibilities include hospitality valuation and advisory initiatives, business development, recruitment and retention, and hotel-residential assignments.
She will work with professionals across Colliers’ hospitality platform on valuation, advisory and transaction work.
Abouelhana joined Colliers after seven years at HVS. She most recently served as senior director and led HVS offices in Phoenix and Salt Lake City.
During her time at HVS, Abouelhana managed hundreds of hospitality appraisals and feasibility studies across the Mountain West. Her assignments involved hotels, resorts and mixed-use properties for owners, developers, lenders and investors.
Earlier in her career, she worked on hospitality assignments in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.
Abouelhana holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. She is a state-certified general appraiser in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.
