Hayden Panettiere started modeling as a baby, getting her first job at just 8 months old and filming her first TV commercial at 11 months. That first commercial was for a Playskool toy train, though the actress herself later joked that she wasn’t really acting since she was an infant and had no lines. She was simply playing. Even at that young age, the camera loved her, and she became one of Hollywood’s busiest child performers.
By the time Hayden Panettiere was approaching her teenage years, she had appeared in more than 40 commercials, from Band-Aid and Kentucky Fried Chicken to Wendy’s, McDonald’s and even Nix Lice Shampoo.
At just 4 years old, she starred in a commercial for Banana Nut Crunch cereal.
