The five-story property, formerly Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center, has undergone a renovation and redesign of its guestrooms, public spaces, meeting rooms and restaurant. It is located on the university campus near MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and adjacent to the Leavey Center.

The Hoya Hotel at Georgetown has 145 guestrooms and suites and more than 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including an unobstructed 10,000-square-foot ballroom. The property can accommodate business associations, corporations and social gatherings of up to 1,000 guests.

An introductory early-booking meeting package starts at $150 per guest, per day, excluding taxes. Rates are based on availability and subject to change. The Daily Meeting Package includes meeting room rental, continental breakfast, continuous refreshment breaks from The Pantry, buffet lunch, service charges and audio-visual equipment rental.

The property features a 24-hour reception desk, a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and onsite parking. The lobby includes floor-to-ceiling windows.

Oak & Laurel, the hotel’s restaurant and craft cocktail bar, is opening in mid-September. The restaurant will serve three meals daily and offer a menu made with fresh ingredients. The hotel will also provide private dining options and a full catering menu for social events, including weddings and rehearsal dinners.

The property is located at 3800 Reservoir Road NW in Washington, D.C., and is managed by Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC.
