Rosewood AMAALA is the third resort to open at AMAALA Triple Bay and is part of the destination’s phased delivery.
The approximately 40-hectare resort was designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. It has 110 keys arranged in clusters within green sanctuaries. Its pavilions, suites and villas include private swimming pools, and the resort also has multiple shared pools. Accommodations include indoor-outdoor living spaces. Two natural rock pools are located on the Red Sea coast.
Rosewood Residences AMAALA includes 26 branded residences comprising three- to five-bedroom villas. Tristan Auer designed the interiors.
The resort has eight dining venues, including Mediterranean dining, grill concepts, lounges and poolside bars. The venues offer all-day refreshments and light dishes.
The 2,100-square-meter Asaya spa includes six treatment rooms, a double suite, a private hammam, and separate wet areas for men and women with sauna and steam rooms. Two fitness centers are equipped with Technogym Artis equipment, including one designated for women. The resort also has yoga and movement studios.
Social House is a private day spa within Asaya that one group can book for the day. The space is intended for families and groups.
Rosewood AMAALA also includes Rosewood Explorers, a children’s club, and other children’s recreational facilities.
The resort, along with the rest of the AMAALA destination, will be fully powered by solar energy. The destination aims to achieve a 30% net conservation gain by 2040.
In the coming months, five additional resorts are scheduled to join the AMAALA portfolio, along with branded residences, integrated wellness facilities, a marina, retail, a marine life experiential institute and destination dining.
